Rodicloset is a small, US-based clothing company with its own in-house production. Traditionally focused on selling to small retail stores and bulk business clients, the brand decided to broaden its reach by entering the Amazon marketplace with a fresh product line—including sweatshirts, t-shirts, onesies, and more.
In July 2024, Rodicloset partnered with Prime Clicks to manage the launch and establish a strong presence on Amazon. From listing optimization to advertising strategy, Prime Clicks led the brand’s transition to e-commerce, helping unlock a new channel of scalable, direct-to-consumer growth.
However, Rodicloset had no prior experience with how Amazon operates. They were overwhelmed by the complexity of the platform and unsure where to begin. Key challenges included:

To kick off the partnership,we conducted a detailed analysis of Rodicloset’s product catalog. We identified the most promising SKUs to launch first—based on market competition, average cost-per-click, review density, and seasonality. This allowed us to reduce initial risk and prioritize products with higher chances of early traction.
Next, we guided the brand through the Amazon Brand Registry process, unlocking access to vital tools like advanced analytics, Enhanced Brand Content (A+ Content), a branded Storefront, and additional advertising formats.
We also supported Rodicloset in unlocking a restricted category, enabling the brand to list and sell products that were previously inaccessible.
Once listings were created and fully optimized for SEO, we launched the first wave of ad campaigns—focusing on driving visibility while simultaneously working to increase the initial review count to boost conversion rates.
With the foundational setup complete, we expanded the product lineup on Amazon and shifted our focus to scaling ad campaigns, with a dual objective: growing revenue and improving organic rank to reduce dependency on paid ads over time.
Within just 4 months of launching on Amazon with Prime Clicks, Rodicloset reached profitability—a key milestone for the brand given its limited initial resources. With a solid foundation in place, growth began to accelerate.
