The brand we are going to talk about today is one of the largest garage organizers retailer in the US that turned to Prime Clicks in February 2021 to increase revenue on Amazon.
Due to market competitiveness and poor marketing the brand reached a point of stunned growth. To revive momentum, we need to boost customer loyalty and expand our market share. However, achieving this has been challenging with our current low conversion rate and insufficient reviews.
Initially, we focused on improving the conversion rate for our top-performing products. This involved product images, enhancing A+ content updating, implementing a sophisticated review generation strategy, and conducting A/B testing to achieve the highest possible conversion rates at that time.
With optimized listings geared for conversion, we gradually increased our ad spend while maintaining a certain level of profitability. We also established a complex campaign structure designed to balance profitability with rapid revenue growth. This approach, combined with careful budget optimization, strengthened the brand’s reach, secured high organic rankings for high search volume keywords, and improved rankings for a large number of medium and low search volume keywords, ultimately driving increase in revenue.
Having reached leading positions for nearly all our products on the platform, we decided to expand our ad strategy with Amazon DSP. Leveraging Amazon DSP’s capabilities, we aimed to build brand awareness both on and off Amazon, enhancing our overall brand presence and increasing mass awareness.
After 4 years of cooperation we have achieved leading market positions and significantly increased total revenue while maintaining ACoS of 17% on average.
